Isa SkyHouse Algarve is a local accommodation, duly registered with the RNAL and which complies with the rules and legal obligations thereof.
Rental Rates
The house is fully equipped to guarantee a stay with all the comfort and convenience. The rental rate includes the use of Wi-Fi, the cost of water and electricity, TV, weekly change of towels and sheets, for stays longer than one week, use of the cot and high chair for babies and the final cleaning of the house.
The normal minimum booking period is two nights.
Prices vary according to the time of year. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.
Security Deposit
Guests must pay a security deposit of €300. If no damage is caused during your stay, this security deposit will be returned to your bank account within 7 days of your departure. In case of damage, part of the deposit is withheld or an additional payment will be required for the damage caused.
Payment
At the time of booking, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid, together with the deposit, 4 weeks before entering the house.
The reservation is only confirmed with the effective receipt of the 50% advance.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, you can enter the house from 4 pm and must vacate the house by 10 am on the day of departure. This will allow us to properly clean and prepare the house before the next guests arrive.
Responsibility
The owners of Isa SkyHouse Algarve, and the people who collaborate with them, do not accept any responsibility for the consequences of possible accidents, thefts, etc. during your stay at the house and, in particular, in and around the house, caused by any circumstances.
Cancellation
After notifying us of your eventual intention to cancel the reservation, we will immediately open the reservation calendar to try to find other guests who want to stay in the same period. In the event that we are able to rent the full period to other guests, we will refund the amount of your payment(s). If we are only able to partially rent the period, we will refund the amount for the days that are booked by the new guests. In both cases, any costs will be charged if, for example, we need to pay a commission to a booking platform. The deposit, if it has already been paid, will always be returned in full. In any case, if possible, we recommend that you take out travel insurance and include cancellation coverage.
Others
By making the reservation and subsequently making the initial payment, you are implicitly agreeing with the short term rental conditions at Isa SkyHouse Algarve.
